- TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimun initial order 24 pieces per design. Terms are pre-payment, C.O.D.(certified check or money order), major credit card until credit terms are
approved by One Way Graphique Credit Department. Net 30 may be available upon credit approval & personnal gurantee. Contact One Way Graphique Customer
Service for information.
All returned checks will be charged a $25 handling fee. Accounts from which One Way Graphique receives a returned check will become C.O.D.
, or major credit card only accounts. We do not ship to past-due account. Customers agrees to pay all costs, including attorney fees, involving the collection of the past-due
accounts. Past-due balance are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge.
- SPECIAL HANDLING
Folding, tagging, bagging, and labeling are available for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Service for information.
- SHIPPING
We ship by UPS or trucking(large orders) unless otherwise instucted. Freight is pre-paid and is added to invoice.
- BACK ORDERS
Orders will be shipped as complete as possible. All back orders not shipped within 45 days will be cancelled automatically.
- RETURNS & CLAIMS
Within ten days of receipt of goods. Return authorization number must be issued by Customer Service Department before returning any item,
and should be noted on the outside of the return-shipping box. Defective marchandise will be replaced or credited to the account. Unauthorized returns
will not be credited. Returns of stock items that are not the fault of One Way Graphique will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- PRICING
All prices are subjected to change without notice. Incorrect prices shown on customer purchase order will be reflect currect listed pricing.
